Membership Options
3-Day Pass
We offer a 3-Day Pass if are on the fence about joining our community, or if you just have a small project you need to get done. This is a one-time purchase and is not a monthly membership. You’ll be issued a punch card access that you can use to access our space 3 times during open hours. The pass does not expire until the 3 days are used up.
Requirements:
One-time payment of $150
Must be 18 years or older
A signed liability waiver
A valid state-issued form of identification
A required in-person safety class prior to makerspace use

Details:
The pass will be good for 3 full days. If you are only present for a partial day, it will still count as a full day on your punch card.
When you arrive at the makerspace, check in at the front before using equipment.
The required safety class does not count toward a punch card day, unless you stay after your safety class to use the space.
No benefits of monthly memberships are a part of the 3-Day Pass including but not limited to: class discounts, partner perks, access to storage lockers, access to certain specialty tools & equipment that require additional training.
Hobbyist & Household
Our Hobbyist & Household memberships are a great way to join our community. With access to a huge, diverse selection of equipment, you can create just about anything you can dream up. Memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel your membership at anytime after a 3-month lock-in period.
Requirements:
Hobbyist - Monthly payment of $75
or annual payment of $750Household - Monthly payment of $125 or annual payment of $1,250

Details:
Our Household membership is a great way for you and another cohabitating adult to join our community. Additional household family member must show proof of same residence.
Some specialty tools, equipment, and studios will require additional training or classes before using.
A free Safety Orientation Class is included in your membership. This orientation class will give you access to everything except our woodshop and digital fabrication lab. For access to those studios, additional safety classes will be required. These safety classes help us to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
We require a lock-in period of 3 months with each monthly membership. After that 3-months, you are free to cancel your membership.
Memberships are billed on the first of each month.
Refunds are not pro-rated, meaning, if you cancel your membership mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the current month.
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled mid-year, however, half of the remaining time in your subscription will be billed, similar to a standard rental agreement.
With your membership, you get a 15% discount on non-safety related classes.

We often hold Member Only Events to share current information about the makerspace and to encourage collaboration with other artists and makers.
Storage Lockers cost an additional $20/month. We also have a limited selection of rentable workbenches. Inquire for details.
We allow members to bring one guest to the makerspace. That guest will need to sign a liability waiver, and will not be allowed to use any tools or equipment. Members are responsible for guest’s actions.
Small Business
Space for your small business can be expensive, and don’t get us started on the upfront cost of tools & equipment. With a Small Business membership, you get access to both for a low monthly price. On top of that, you also get perks like a commission discount on items you sell in our gallery, access to a free storage locker, invaluable social media exposure, and small business coaching. Memberships are billed monthly. You can cancel your membership at anytime after a 3-month lock-in period.

All benefits of the Individual membership are included in the Small Business membership (free safety orientation class, 15% discount on non-safety related classes, access to partner perks, member only events, etc), except for the family discount. Instead, there are discounted rates for employees or additional business owners. Inquire for details.

As a Small Business member, you get a 10% commission discount when selling goods in our gallery. Standard commission rate is 50%, and is lowered to 40% with a Small Business membership. All gallery items need to go through an approval process before being selected for display.
At Breva Creative, we provide your small business pivotal social media exposure and networking opportunities. As a Small Business member, you will have the opportunity to have a highlight on our website.
